Howdy yall!
Been a lurker since I bought my 04', and I can't say how helpful this forum has been from maintenance to future mods. I've already learned so much just reading through the pages here.
Background on myself, NJ born and KY transplant. I'm currently in KY for college, but I'm probably going to move to the Midwest. Bought my 4R just after the new year, and have been chasing the gremlins that the previous owner chose to disregard. Full fluid changes are in progress, and new axles come in Tuesday for the front end. Still have a front end clunk that I have my mechanic looking at this weekend because I can't find the problem.
All in all, my dad owned one before me, and his was an 07' and it survived 107,000 hard miles from him. I'm probably going to keep this truck as a dd for now, but it will soon become a dd/fun toy once all the problems from the last owner are sorted out. I'm mechanically inclined, and don't plan on sending much work out to Toyota or a mechanic unless I know its above my skill level when looking at the FSM.

I'm also on ar15.com for the gun guys, and an avid outdoors-man. Hunting, fishing, camping, anything to get out of work and just hang with good people and nature.
