I have a 2004 4Runner V8 limited.

Is there any way to open the trunk from the inside? Is there a button? or switch? Everytime I want to open the trunk, I have to get out of a car so.

Nope, only way is to open it from the rear.

GX does not have a switch, it's a swing out side hinged door. The RX330 does have a power door option, as does the Toyota Sienna!

You can always click your remote from inside your 4runner...to unlock it. Or just roll down the cargo window.

The only SUV that I know of with this is the X5. It has one just below the climate control settings, but what purpose does it serve? I could just hit the unlock button on my door and push that rubber thing on the liftgate. The button on the X5 only releases it, not opens it. The RX330 has a button on the key to actually raise and lower the trunk.
