4th Gen Rear View ?

Have any of you guys with the 4th Gen ever wonder about these mirrors?

I think its great, but im not sure about the color of the LED. It doesnt match the rest of the cockpit. Thats the only part that perturbs me.

Anyone have any input?

I also called a dealership, and have spoken to the parts dept. They say some dealers (not all) have these as an option. It is even listed as an option on the Toyota.com website.

Does anyone have it, or know anyone?

Oh, this one displays the temperature too.

Call me Basic, but mirror is a mirror. I would not pay $320 for one. But It's just me, I have no use for compass in urban jungle.

there's athread that somebody posted and got the mirror with orange readout . He bought it off Ebay from some dude that I guess customized it for him. Maybe the thread above this one.

thanks guys, i did do research on these mirrors. Obviously I didnt come up with the answers I was looking for. I was wondering if anyone actually had it. Im glad someone found a fixed one (one with orange LED). Thanks guys.
