I'm in the Bay Area, CA. Sounds like it's reasonable to tape cardboard circles on each side and shrink-wrap the whole thing and send over UPS ground... or at least that's what some people on the the internet say.

WTB : Anybody got a spare 06+ grille/grill laying around? I busted some clips on mine and it's just a matter of time til it falls apart.

If it's cheap enough, I don't care about the color. It'll give me an excuse to get creative with the Derp.

I'm thinking about picking up the Aura grill. Would be great to offload the original for a little $ offset. It'll take a few weeks for turnaround though.
