Selling a brand new set of Morimoto MLED Projectors, the chip flip mod has been performed on these to smooth out the hot spots and spread light better. These have been removed from the box and tested, but are brand new. They come with the drivers and high beam inputs in order for you to use the trap doors on the projectors. These retail for $370 a pair plus shipping, I am selling for $300 shipped USPS Priority.

WANTED: 05+ V8 FL GA good condition

Searching for 4th Gen VVT-i V8, good condition, in Florida or lower Georgia. (If you want to bring it down then you can be further away!) Need it for towing Colorado Springs to FL. Looking for these features:
1) Undercarriage in good shape. I own my cars forever.
2) Decent maintenance, with timing belt etc changed near schedule, or price adjusted accordingly.
3) No significant interior smells. I.e. smoke, mold/mildew, pets, petro, other.
4) No accidents or off-road bruisings that effect mechanical function or door seals.
5) Double decker. Not 3rd row of seats.
6) RWD. Willing to sacrifice mpg for V8 but not AWD.
7) Don't really care whether it's SR5, Sport, or Limited. Just want one in good shape.
8) VIN or auto reports would be a bonus.
That's what I'm thinking of currently. If anyone also knows of any other good "wanted" sites/services I'd love to hear about them.
Want to also say, THANKS! :dancin: for this site. I've learned a TON about 4th Gens here from all the contributors. Awesomeness.

2006 Limited (Un..Limited :biggrin2: ) V8 VVT-i RWD
Great shape. A little rust on the undercarriage, but manageable. 194K and in need of a timing belt change, which I just got done. And an interior that I never knew I wanted until I had it. Titanium Metallic. Awesomeness has arrived. (Feel like I'm driving around in a transformer ... )

Moonshadow. Every time I step on the gas it makes me smile. :dancin:

WTB - 2003-2005 projector headlights

My lenses are cracked; I've taken a DA sander to them with increasing grit fro 500-2000 but when I spray them with clear cost the spidering shows up. Basically, I think the stock headlights are hosed.

I'm looking for someone with a set to sell that have been retrofitted in really good condition or to point me to somewhere that has a set for the early 4th gen. The ones I can find look like junk. There seem to be good options for 06-10, but not for the early 4th.

You can use the newer headlights from the 06-09. You would need to splice the wiring for the turn signals and buy the filler pieces to fill between the bumper and headlights. Many have done this "facelift".

Any color. But mine is blue.
I can pick up anywhere around south Carolina , NC, Georgia, east Tennessee, KY , southern Ohio. Currently driving around without a bumper and it sucks .

Hey guys, I’m new here so the website wouldnt let me start a new post.

I’m looking into a 2006 4runner limited with 150k on the clock, from a Toyota dealer.

There is some slight surface rust under the car, and some rust spots in the engine bay.

I’ll try to attach pictures. Any concerns here? Anything else I should be looking out for? I have heard the head on these engines cracking, wasn’t sure how to check for that etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
