Fellow 3rd Generation Owners,
My 2000 LTD 4WD 3.4L is the first 4WD that I have owned. My question, If roads are snowy and I'm driving along under 60 can 4WD be activated just by pressing the 4WD button on the shift or does this need to be pressed along with shifting into H2/H4? I just want to know the process so I don't ever screw up my 4WD. I'm not much into off road even though I was when I was younger so I guess I shouldn't worry too much about the Low Gears. Thanks for your time and response.
