4wd light and reverse lights not working

Hello, on my 89 4runner v6 5 speed the 4wd indicator light and back up lights are not working. Both the indicator switches are in working order. The only thing i noticed is there is not 12v going ro the switches. What can I look for to solve the issue?

theres a switch on the side of the bellhousing on mine. Passenger side. I think the switch was like $15 at AutoBone. Thanks for reminding me to figure out where my reverse light short is!

The switches are working but im not getting either lights to work

Double-check your schematic, but on the 22RE's those switches take power from the engine fuse. I know; retar-f#$*(&g-ded that Toyota names fuses after circuits that they do not supply power to.
Then trace wiring back to that fuse to find out where you lost it.
