4wd operation question

Hey guys, new to the forum. So I am looking a 2002 sr5, and I have a question about the 4wd. I'm pretty sure I know how it works, but I'm just clarifying. It has the shifter with the L-N-H and the 4wd button on the side. It also has a button on the left of the dash with a little car with an x in the middle. I think it is in high without the 4wd button pushed for 2wd, in high with the 4wd button pushed for a full time 4wd, so the center diff is unlocked for road use. You have it in high and the 4wd button pushed and the center diff lock button on the left of the dash for a part time 4wd. And I'm not sure about low. Am I correct? Sorry to ramble on, thanks.

Yeah, it was really long, but it isn't the most simple 4wd system in the world, and I was just trying to be descriptive.

H + Side button NOT pushed = 2H unlocked
H + Side button pushed = 4H unlocked
H + Side button pushed + Dash button pushed = 4H locked
L4 + Side button pushed = 4L unlocked
L4 + Side button pushed + Dash button pushed = 4L locked
