Several years ago I found copy of chapter 8 of the AUSTRALIAN EMERGENCY MANUALS SERIES - Skills for Emergency Services Personnel--4WD Vehicle Operation. It was written in 1994 and has a lot of tips and is kind of a fun read.
I was just cleaning up an old hard drive and re-discovered it. It's a 1.56mb PDF file. I'd like to post it here but the forum doesn't DO that and I have no place to host it with a link.
If anyone can host and is game for setting it up, email me and I'll email the file to you.
