Howdy,
Odd thing...I started my 2000 ltd the other day and the 4x4 dash light was blinking for about 30 seconds. I had time to check if in gear or what and it was certainly in 2wd and park. The shift button on the side of the shifter was not pressed and the J shifter was in 2wd.
I had not been in 4x4 for at least a week and drove many miles since then.
It stopped blinking and did not happen again yet..
Anything to be concerned about? What would cause this?
