look to see if your truck has manual hubs ie a dial on the front wheels that can be selected between 'lock' and 'free'. if you dont have manual hubs you have the ADD system (automatic disconnecting differential).what more information do you need? on the 4x4 lever it shows it is in 4wd and it works but I do not get a light on the instrument cluster.
