fisrt off, yes i searched for this, but it is a weird problem that is hard to sum up in one sentence, so here goes:
94 4runner with 3..slow 5speed. has been driving amazing for the past 2ish years, and just today i noticed something off when i started it up. usually when i start it up i subconsciously shift into all the gears, dont know why, its just a weird habit. when i got to shifting into reverse and 5th, the shifter would usually hit that right wall that says "ok now push up or down for reverse or 5ht" HOWEVER that wall wasnt not even there, i could swing the shifter past 5th until it practically hit the bezel. i can swing it back in and hit all the gears, but i know something is wrong. :wtf:
Has anyone had this problem? i have no experience in transmissions past clutch replacement. any help is greatly appreciated, i need to get this figured out, it will bug the shit out of me.
also the mileage is 187xxx for anyone wondering
