5100/FJ Springs FJ Wheels Cooper Tires Done

Project is finally finished. 5100's/FJ Springs set at 1.75. 2012 FJ Wheels and Cooper Discoverer ATP'S 265-70-17LT Load E installed. Looks great compared to Stock. Can't wait for Winter in Flagstaff to play on the Snow. Special thanks to ARK and everyone else for sharing there insight and knowledge to help me set it up and make it look Sweet. Thanks

I love those FJ wheels, looks a little front high though... You planning on installing a spacer in the rear or you like the rake?

Na I thinks its the angle of the diveway. I love how it sits. The ride is Awesome compared to the X Reas.

Thanks for the compliments. This project has taught me so much about these vehicles. I Can't believe im almost done. Next major project is Sliders and 3M Crystalline Tint on all windows to help with interior temps in Phoenix. I love the Stance. So Far im pleased with the Cooper ATP's to. Very little highway noise for a tire with the tread it has as we are in the middle of a 1000+ mile roadtrip. I looked at so many runners in the FJ Swap thread before making my mind up on the 1.75 setting and im glad I did. So much input from so many here I say THANK YOU. :guitar2:

Looks nice. I am thinking of going this way when the XREAS goes out on the wife's 4Runner. Plan will be to lift my FJ and add new wheels and then move to FJ components to the 4Runner.

Just got back from a 1400+ mile trip to Cambria, Ca from Phoenix for the holiday weekend. Sunday went to Santa Margarita to Pozo Saloon to see Ziggy Marley, Steel Pulse, and a few other's. Just watch out for the Cow Dung in the parking lot. What a drive through the winding, twisting roads. Wow very impressed with the manners of the 5100/FJ Spring combo. Tires handled great. Cambria is a Small town right on the coast, and is very nice.

This is the combo I think I'll run when my XREAS goes out as well. I'm curious to know if you can adjust the ride height between the front and rear bilsteins to level the height a little more, if indeed the front is a little higher then the rear?

It was an awesome trip and great way to break in the 5100/FJ Spring combo and Wheels and tires. Huge upgrade over X Reas. Sliders comin very soon.

Yes leaking. I was doing the swap anyway 1 front and 1 rear were leaking so it was perfect time to do it.

Goin with CBI for Bolt On sliders. Nathan was very Cool and told me to WAIT till they start Christmas Sales before ordering to save a few bucks.

Looks great. I got those same tires and size before taking our trip to Colorado. They worked great and glad I got them. Total of 2700 miles and very solid tires. I installed basically the same set up on the suspension. I was very happy as most seem to be with this installation.
