Thanks to all who helped with providing write ups, tips and tricks. I ended up going with the spring compressor option for install. It was a laborious endeavor, but luckily I found some experienced help.
I set the fronts on the 3rd highest notch (perfect for what I wanted). Still using factory springs for now. I took some before and after pics as well as measurements. Each measurement was from the same distinctive line going around my tire. Strait out of the shop the front was about 2.5 inches higher than stock, but after breaking them in on some rugged trails and about a week later they have settled about a half inch.

I Absolutely love the difference in ride quality. Firm but still very smooth. No more body roll; it doesn't feel like a cadilac any more, it feels like a truck!
