Looks like a NY plate. There are def not a shortage of Toyota dealers. Call up a couple other local dealers, get a manager or competent advisor and see what they say. Maybe try Lexus since they work on $40K+ cars all the time opposed to the $20K ecobox corollas.

Why don't you just change the oil yourself and be done with it and know it was done right?
It's not difficult.
My vehicles get serviced by me and only me unless I have no choice on a recall item (and the one time that happened the BMW dealer put a nice door ding in my pristine M3).
The bottom line is your vehicle and you are a number at the dealer. The goal is to get you in and out of there as fast as possible.
If you think the guy that changes oil in 25 cars a day gives a shit about your vehicle, you are sadly mistaken.
And as [MENTION=103267]Saker[/MENTION] said, the "free" car washes are swirl factories. Just save yourself the time and wipe a dry towel all over the vehicle when it's dirty. You'll save the middleman. ;-)

Had my 5k "service" done a couple weeks ago. They had it done in about 20 - 30 minutes.
More or less some check boxes on a piece of paper for yourself and the dealership / Toyota for a paperwork trail. Have had the truck for almost a year now so I asked if they would change the oil, but was denied. So I did it myself when I got home.

Internal Bulletin - RE: 5K Mile Service Check Steps - Toy 4Runner:
1) Let vehicle sit in service parking lot.
2) After one hour look under vehicle.
2a) If no leaks, notify customer that service is complete.
3) Optional: Check tire pressure. If low, add air, if high, let out air.
4) Slam car door on Prius sitting next to customer vehicle into customer vehicle if in a hurry. If step 4 is done, deny.
5) Run customer vehicle through car wash with swirl additive and let dry in sun for desired water spot affect.
6) Proceed to next customer.

I don't use car washes, I hand wash myself. When I was leaving the dealer he said your truck is done, did you need mount and balance, I said no, I'm going elsewhere. He said OK will see you at 10k service, I said I don't think so. He also said your engine is dirty, looks like you been off-roading and went through a river/mud, I said yes, thats what the truck is made for no??
Here at the tire specialist, they will road force balance the tires and balance them.
Having them do all four tires. Hopefully they will do the right job the first time.

I wash it myself. Just got a foam gun, damn does that thing suck up soap quick! I was gonna take a pic of it all soaped up but the partly cloudy was becoming partly sunny and def did not want water spots. My dealer detailed my black Toyota a few times bc it scratched and swirled it up. They blamed it on the "soft" black too. So I know they good for it if they scratch and swirl it up, but went their twice already and the wash was fine.

For spray wax, I been using Mothers FX Spray wax. Great stuff.
To remove scratches I use Nufinish scratch remover, it removed all my Tennessee pinstripes. Good stuff.

This. On my TRD Pro I have a clearbra on everything up to the doors and Optimum Pro Plus. I use a one of those 1 gallon pump cans mixed with ONR to wash it every couple weeks and then throw a coat of Optimum Spray Wax on top of the Pro Plus.
I don't worry to much about the paint anymore. The last 10-15 years ALL the car companys do a lousy job in painting. The paint is to thin, AND there is ORANGE PEEL on every car on the lot. A regular wash is fine with me. Now on my cruiser/collector vehicle, that's a different story.
