Interesting turn of events on friday! my buddy asked if i want to buy his tundra and of course with out thinking about it i said no! then i saw him drive buy and he told me what he wanted for it so i ran to the bank and how I have an 02 tundra to add to the collection

Looks real good! I've always wanted a 1st gen tundra/tacoma 2wd to do some prerunner work too. Alas I don't need another expensive hobby while paying for college haha.

I know you guys dont like it but i am still proud of it! it has come a long way from the pic above!
this thing has been consuming most of my time so not much work done to the 3rd gen!
Love those tundras man, that red isnt my favorite color but hey man, still looks like a nice truck.

4 Runner Update!
So it has probably been about a year since i have updated my build thread. Real quick I got ride of my tundra for a 84 benz 300d with a diesel and a manual swap and a hood stack! Also bought a new tow rig!
On to the stuff u guys want to see! here is a couple i found of my 2nd gen
Ok so I got this in about a year and half ago
I did the 13wl brake upgrade with camburg coil over and control arms!
Also some energy suspension rack bushings and Knuckle gussets!
I also took her down to plam bay at the compound and got her stuck!
I took Her on a 3k mile road trip from FL to NY for a wedding and of couse found a few trails to hit when i was up there!

Then about 6 mounths ago I found typical problems like leaking valve cover gasket, leaking ac dryer and leaking radiator! got factory brand parts and did the external trans cool as well!
Got that all fixed and then did a whole bunch of sand blasting and powder coating!!!!
and put lifetime led headlights in
2 weeks ago I found a craiglist post about a wrecked tacoma and in the pic it had a total chaos long travel set up on it! so i called them up and bought everything on the truck including 4 Micky Thompson wheels and tires for 1.5k!!! They just cut the frame and gave me the front half of the truck!
It only took a solid 16 hours to get everything swaped over in my shop!!
