5th Gen '15 4R Rear Shocks problem

Hello, hope someone can help me on this. I bought a 15 4r that had a previous accident in the front. It was almost completely repaired with the exception of some interior stuff. The thing is, that the rear shocks are higher than the front, and the truck feels so stiff in the rear. What can this be, and how can I resolve this? Thanks a lot!!

Need some more info. Stock, the rear of the 4runner sits higher than the front. Many lift kits keep this rake. Does it have stock rear springs? If it has OME rear springs, they might be pretty stiff.

I used to own another one, and it wasn't like this, they are very very stiff, the kind the makes your back hurt and feel anything in the road.

Maybe they didn't put in the same spec OE shocks that the vehicle had? Or did they change the coils to perhaps?
