There is to date no 6th Gen. 2010 to current are 5th Gen.

No way. If there was ever a 5.0 > 5.5 evolution it was 10-13 vs 14+ 5th gens. Generation changes include body changes. Can’t just be electronics.

I’d call a 0.5 gen increment something like the facelift change of a 1993-1995 vs 1996-1998 Grand Cherokee. Or a 2004-2006 vs 2007-2009 Durango. Or the cat eye front fascia of a Silverado in the 2000s.

Exactly what are the new Gen 6 features on the 2022s? Maybe the TSS safety features, but they will probably add to that with an updated lane departure nanny that grabs the steering wheel. Other than that, 6th Gen will probably be a major jump like 4th to 5th.
