5th gen Offroad shocks, what springs to pair with?

Hi Guys,

I am picking up a set of 5th generation TRD Offroad shocks for my 2004, there are no springs that come with it and mine are really old so don't want to reuse.

Can I use the recommendations made in 4th gen suspension Stickies?, like the old man or what else?
