Saw an early white 5th gen 4R with full Icon setup with reservoirs at Cars and Coffee this last Saturday. Completely spaced on taking a picture because this caught my attention shortly after:

That's the first pic i've uploaded on tapatalk - didn't expect extra large or the wrong focus...anyways, I've never really thought about it but you may be correct. I grew up in Ohio with vertical traffic lights.

They're not uncommon, it's pretty mixed here.

Saw this sweet inferno at Avery Brewing in Colorado. This is only one of about 40 4Runners that I saw in a 5 day span in Denver.

It's like 4Runner heaven there. There was even a black 5th Gen from Michigan in the garage of the air bnb of the place I was staying at. I loved it! I pointed out every 4Runner to my wife and she was even getting into it.
