I'm considering Denver as a destination after the military. It's a close race with Oregon.

Too many not sunny days in Oregon. Colorado winters are the best kept secret, it snows then in a few days it's sunny and all melted away.

I know that feeling, and with you living in Erie, you get some AWESOME views of the front range through the year!

Now ya have to explore all the magnificence of Colorado!

True, if you are west or in the Cascades. Not so, if you are in the eastern 2/3 of the state. Winters in eastern OR are similar to the front range (minus the view).

East side of the state is nice and not very wet. Look at Bend, La Grande or Baker City. While the views aren't the same as the Rockies they are still awesome. Lots of areas to test out the truck. Pretty incredible skiing near Bend.

Oregon is like two different states when you split it down the middle. West of the Cascades is a high desert a lot like the Red Rocks area in Colorado. I got the pleasure of finally visiting Colorado last year and I liked it. My woman is from there so I think there is a good possibility I will end up there. I am from the Bend area so it will be a hard decision.

It's called nite shade, and it's a translucent spray designed for plastics. I hate chrome and I wasn't a fan of the euro style look of the tail lights, and trust me plenty of light still comes through.
