Love Big Bend. Except now I'm like 1800 miles away...which isn't much further than Austin used to be LOL

But damn, was it not hot yet in April? I backpacked the outer loop a few years ago but that was in November or December.

Mid-April. Up in Chisos basin was great, mid 70s day. Down lower maybe 90. But it's a dry heat.

No offense but I think buying the 5th gen. immediately is a bad move. Doing that you are buying it most expensive. You are also buying the 1st kind, so bugs/upgrades haven't been worked out which would be in a year or two.

It's a Toyota what could possibly go wrong
