Thanks. I have been pondering adding wheel data. Unfortunately it gets real complex real quick. I think I will just add a note to the existing chart thiat will give a new guy a few "hints" on getting wheels and call it a day. Appreciate the complement!

Can you also add wheel weights and the effect on ride comfort as a variable in unsprung mass?

I appreciate seeing all tire sizes side by side, but I have one question because I have been pouring over different wheels for a while. Can you note the different sizes recommended based on P vs LT rated tires? Example: A 265/70/17 P-rated tire is rated for a wheel 7-9" according to tire rack, but yet the same size LT tire (Dura-Tracs was what I looked at but they're also one of the most popular tires on here) is rated for 7-8.5" wheel. I've looked at this because the wheels I decided on come in 17x9 or 18x9. Using the Tire Rack recommendation (as well as Goodyear manufacturer website or Michelin or any other for that matter shows LT stock size only recommended for up to 8.5" width wheel) I should be looking at a tire of at least 275/70/17 at a minimum which has few sizes (or 285 but I don't necessarily want to run a tire that large or heavy) or go up to an 18" wheel, 275/65/18 offers a lot more tires in that size (which is where I'm leaning too at the moment). I'm assuming the narrower recommended width for the LT tire comes from the stiffer sidewall which limits the amount of sidewall deflection since the section width is the same, but that's only an assumption

Fantastic info! Ducmonsta did mention that before, I remember reading it. I have heard that some of the 4Runner's have a built in data adjustment available:
Menu -> Setup -> Calibration -> Adjust -> Select after tire change
Talked about in this thread.
Does anyone know if the 2014's have this feature built into the data pack?

Here is the final version for now. As I said before, adding wheels into the mix will make this chart too complex for a quick reference. Example:
If you take the stock tire size of 265/70/17 tire and wheels ranging from 7"-9", You will get approximately TWENTY possible tire/wheel combinations that will fit! TWENTY! Just for the stock size! That does not include different brands, just different wheel width, offset and backspacing. This means, for just the 17" wheel size, there will be over TWO HUNDRED possible combinations of tires and wheels.
We set out at the beginning of this exercise to make a chart stating simply "What tires will fit and if modifications are required to make them fit." Changing wheels and sizing them properly is a modification. This chart shows what popular tire sizes will fit and whether they will rub based on user input from this website. If anyone can come up with a SIMPLE way to add wheel offset, backspacing and width, in a table and make it simple then contact me and I will do it. Otherwise, enjoy this chart! I hope it helps some of the guys out when determining tire sizes.

I thought I went by diameter but now I see a mistake up in the 17" section between the 285 and the 305 series. #$%@@#!

1engineer - First let me say "Thank You!" for putting this together and putting up with all our bench-tuning input. 
I'd like to add one more point of consideration: In your description for the GREEN condition, you mention "NO spacers;" but, the spacer comment falls out of the YELLOW and RED descriptions. I'd like to recommend that:
1. You add a "spacer" comment to the YELLOW and RED descriptions in order to maintain consistency in condition criteria; or
2. Remove the "NO spacers" comment from the GREEN description and add a second GREEN-YELLOW-RED column with a "w/SPACER" (and mark the original final colored column "wo/SPACER").

Not sure if it is a common enough size but I have 295/70R17 Toyo Mud Terrains on mine. Its a 33.5x12 that I mounted on some 17x9 wheels with a 4.5 offset if I recall correctly.
It required a good amount of trimming of the front bumper and fender liners and a body mount chop and I still rub under certain circumstances.
