5th Gen Wheels on 4th Gen

Has anyone put a set of 5th Gen wheels on their 4th Gen 4Runner? I don't know much about offsets and all that, so any advice on the matter would be appreciated.

I found a couple sets that I like. I did a (pretty crappy) photoshop job to see what they would look like on my 4Runner. What do you all think?

There's a member on here (his name escapes me) who has those wheels on his 4th gen runner and they look sick.

Yeah I think they'll look good on the 4th, they were the wheels I liked the most, but I do also like black wheels.

2009 runner with 2010 TE Rims, 1" Lift in front. I love them.
The stance is just slightly wider than OEM, looks better.

im seeing your exhaust exits rear side behind tire, did you just re-route it, or is that a cat-back system?
i prefer the behind the tire exit, and am thinking about getting custom 22" magnaflow exhaust.

I just eliminated the resonator and rerouted the exhaust out the side, using a Silverline SS exhaust tip, no other mods to the exhaust.

it looks great... so without the resonator, is it a bit louder?

I guess everyone has there own taste in exhaust sound. I like a nice exhaust sound, but then that always becomes a drone at a steady speed, which for me (and many) becomes annoying after awhile.

Re the sound from this, it is just slightly louder than with the stock resonator, so I can hear it when driving. I find it acceptable, and don't mind it, but personally, I wouldn't want any more additional volume than that.

Here is how it it looks underneath. The muffler shop was able to use the existing hanger, and did a gorgeous job.

I agree, fantastic... I may just do this instead of getting the magnaflow muffler, etc. I was worried about it being too loud and annoying me after awhile. I would expect any muffler shop should be able to do this job. Regarding that tip, is that a single wall or double wall stainless steel tip? You have a part #?
