5VZ Rebuilder/Core or parts motor - Dayton, OR

Asking 400, tons of good parts. Missing most of the accessories that bolt onto the motor, some external nuts/bolts, etc. Oil pan is dented (motor wasn't dropped, the motor I dropped in was, took the good pan.)

It's out of a 2003 Tacoma with around 200k miles. Lost compression in one cylinder, still ran, small ticking sound in top end. Hasn't been torn down for inspection.
