Looks like a lot of fun!!! Come to think of it, I haven't taken the new runner out to the sand yet...only the old one...guess I have to take another trip.

I don't think it needed. You will be good if you air down to 10 psi. I never got stuck again after aired down.

BTW, the factory skid plate save me big time. I bent it bad after caught air (4 wheels). It saved the front bumper and god know what else damage if I don't have the skid plate.

I know what you mean. The biggest mangling of my factory skid happened at Pismo. Who knew sand could be so hard.

Yep. I saw it in person. Very cool runner. That thing can go anywhere on earth and mars. I didn't take the picture :bash: . There were so many things I had to do such as set up camp, unpack stuffs, and get ready to the dune. Here are picture of the Chaos in action. The pictures were taken by other members.

Those li'l boys do come in handy. Last time i got stuck in the sand, i dug out most of the sand out the way and stuck some plywood infront of the tires.
