$700 for 2 door 2nd gen

1990 toyota 4 runner

there was a post on here not to long ago with a 2 door 2nd gen and some people really like them. here is one in idaho for $700 (or you can call and talk him down like i did to $500 lol) its all ready for a 3.4 swap. just a heads up to anyone close wanting one.

nah i dont like the 2nd gens let alone the two door ones. there just to... bubbly for my taste. my dad had a sweet 85 for the longest time when i was growing up so i just grew attached to that i guess. but i posted this for the other people who like the 2 door 2nd gens

Hey, yeah, then you'd have TWO 4Runners with tops that don't come off.

Do the 2 door 2gens have a shorter wheelbase, does anyone know? Because that's the only advantage I could see over the 4 door model.

I don't know this for sure but I think the wheelbase for a 2nd gen 2dr is the same as a std cab pickup and the 2nd gen 4dr is the same as and ext cab pickup.
