coming off of what, the HID bulb? My HID's have a male H4 connection that goes into my factory H4 female connector. I'll snap a quick pic if I can.

The bulb has its own plug in to the ballast then it has two wires one red the other black with spade ends which I believe plug into the factory harness

My factory harness has 3 wires --the red w blue stripe has 12volts on it

The bulb should technically have 3 connections, 2 that go into the connections on the ballast, and one that connects to the factory headlight connector. I'm assuming the 2 spade connectors go into the ballast. Oh, and Semper Fi!

I believe I have the wrong lights or there just low beam
H4/s-l ??

The two spades run thru the rubber cap next to the blub wires
The ballast has all its plug ins

These two wires come out of the ballast if I wasn't on my cell I would post a pick

I've had them in the box for over 2 years

im not sure

maybe "single lowbeam"

the bulbs have H4/S-L on them

not sure why i would order just low ---i was sure i got bi plus slim boxes

what i fig since they are alot brighter

so on the wiring----fatory has 3 wires ---how do i hook into it??

You won't need the highs. I've only put lows in all my cars, and that's just fine.

Car had something similar when I bought it, haven't replaced till I do projectors but I use the standard high beam for normal and the hids for brights, can see great withem they just blind everyone else

Most HID kits in h4 are hi/lo since the bulb itself has a dual purpose of highs and lows in the same bulb.
The two existing wires on your HID kit are for ground and low beam only. That is why there is no plug (since the factory plug has 3 inlets. One for high, one for low and one for common)
You need to plug the red wire into the low beam and the black into the common.

The low beam on an H4 is the only plug line that runs horizontally.

As for the high and ground, I'm not sure on our trucks which is which without looking into it further.

Here's a pic that may help.

Now I know what you're looking at. I got some pics for you to see if that's what you're talking about. I'm pretty sure your black and red spades connects to the factory harness.

Here's my old HID set:

The picture below shows you where the black and red wire is suppose to connect to. Also use Moves2Music's picture that will help too.

Yep, I guess those go to the factory headlight connector. You'll have to play around and figure out what goes where, but a good piece of advice is that the plug that goes into the ballast will fit both ways, but have the little clip that is supposed to hold them in the correct way. Both of mine are backwards, meaning I needed to turn the connector around in order to get mine to function. I can picture it in my head, but it probably makes no sense trying to read what the hell I'm talking about.

Yeah I had to switch my connector around with the old set above. But I got a new set (bi-xenon) which didn't require the turning of the connector. :D
