91 4runner power issue?

Quick question, 91 4runner new battery, tried another good battery same issue. Put key and turn on and get nothing. No lights no power. Try again get powet but truck won't even try to start can't even hear solenoid click. Sound like bad grounds?

Take a jumper cable and ground the battery to the block and see if you get power.

Also check the fusible links, might have burnt out if you're getting no power anywhere in the truck.

Can fusible link cause intermittent issues with out 80amp fuse going?

Well, yeah, if its corroded where it connects and now has a bad connection, but you didn't say its "intermittent". I mentioned "if you're getting no power anywhere in the truck", since you hinted that it was completely dead all the time, not intermittent.

If its intermittent, then you have a loose connection somewhere. Grab the fuesblock under the hood and jiggle it around while the key is in the on position, see if you hear it popping or crackling like a loose electrical connection. Also see if there's any sparks visible when you do this.
