The whole thing is red now? I assume you had a yellow bulb in the turn signal? Is that going to be orange now when it shines through the red tint?

Yeah it's all red now, The tinting he uses is something like 9 parts clear to 1 part red so it will shine through a little amber still. I'll see once I put them back in my rig.
 
Here is a pic with them installed. Personally I think it is cleaner looking vs the clear euro look. My truck is hella squatting from the straps on the trailer being tight. Saturday morning she shall be finished. :banana: I'm ready to wheel it.

 
Finally got the rear done today! Still sitting a little low in the rear but I am having a friend make some shackles to fix that because mine are little too short. It drives so much better than the 4 link did. :thumb: Can't wait to get this thing on a RTI ramp.

Yeah the angle is pretty steep on the shocks right now. Surprisingly it rides great. It doesn't sag like it did with the 4 link, but I would like it more level than it currently is. I think my current shackles are 6", so I am thinking like a 8".
 
So I was feeling a little creative today. Finally worked out a solution for my zip tied mudflaps. I had some random square tubing laying around that I used to make a full removable mudflap setup. I have it so it goes into my receiver backwards so it does not stick out back. I also have it on pins to remove each side individually.
Forgive the crappy looking welds, I'm still new to fabrication. They are stong enough welds though :biggrin2:
I know it looks like crap with mudflaps on it, but it is better than an encounter with the man.


 
Had a buddy make me some shackles, now she is sitting level again. Glad I got rid of the saggy ass look.

 
^This. That 4" kit will get you about 7-8 inches of total lift. The springs alone are 4"

Killer job on the flaps. I would have never through to mount it backwards!

Thanks man! I like it a lot better backwards because it doesn't push your flaps out behind the vehicle.
I don't know if it will work on every bumper, but you can probably do it with a TG bumper as well. I just made it up as I was building it. If I build another, I'll leave out the pins that make it so you can remove each side individually. You don't really need that if you can take the whole assembly out. :rolleyes:

I already have the 4" kit. I've read that there isn't much height difference between the 2. I will run a small block or get a 2" AAL to go with it.
 
Well this will be pic heavy, but I took a few pics from Oregon Trail rally this weekend. I am a medic and also run radio stuff for the event. Anyways here are some recent pics of where my runner is at currently.






Very few vehicles make mine look like a street cruiser, but my buddy Matt's truck does. haha

...and have to include some subaru porn as well :dance:
