262ci 4.3 engine, pretty much stock but yeah better than the 3.slow and way more potential as far as performance goes.

Is this yours, or just one you looked at? Need more pics of this beast, to check out the other mods. Those poor CV shafts are being cranked to the limit--are they stock, or some of those uber-expensive aftermarket ones that can take the abuse? Looks like a sweet rig!

Gotcha! Good lookin rig, some guys on here love to hate T4Rs with chevy engines, just a warning. But KIDV loves them. He will chat your ear off about it.

thanks, this is my 4th 4runner, so im a toyota guy, but i like the potential in this one...chevy engine or not

motor was dropped in, but he was having alot issues, 1 of of them was fuel related, basically traded the guy my 91 red 4runner for it.

me and buddies went to the junkyard and put in a bmw fuel pump, with a return line, fuel pressure regulator, and gauge.... solved the problem

holy suspension time bomb!!!
other then that it looks nice!
be weary of the eddlebrock they tend to drown out on steep inclines

Dont ask why, but the NW guys can run big tires on IFS lifts and get away with it. I believe it is from constantly being wet so tires slip more than they grab.

nope at that angle just about any tire is going to damage the front end parts but you might as well get use to that because IFS is always a pain in the wallet for that reason.
you might try turning the torsion bars down a little.

He's got manual hubs. The CVs aren't spinning unless he's locked in, and when he is he's generally going slower. Also that looks like a bracket lift, the CVs are steep but the a-arms aren't. His CVs are not in mortal danger. He could use a little diff drop, but that has drawbacks too.
