'93 Gen 2 3ltd KZN130 cut out and now won't start. Help!

I have a 1993 3.0ltr diesel (KZN130). It cut out on me the other day and now won't start Before assuming the worst (ECU) I wan't to eliminate other possibilities. The symptoms are as follows:

Turning over but not firing
No power getting to fuel pump
No power at glow plugs
Glow Plug dashboard light not coming on

All fuses are ok. Plenty fuel.

Could this be the circuit opening relay and if so where on earth is it? I've searched for hours and can't find it!

I dunno about the diesel, but the ckt open relay in my trucks has always been in the passenger kickpanel. That's the right side of the truck for us, so maybe you should check both sides .

I've had the whole underside of the dash out and cannot find it anywhere. There seems to be every other relay but not this one.
