Hey y’all
I have a noticed my engine was missing when I first crank it up. But because Im a poor college student I put it off for a bit. Well one mornin I cranked it up and a ton of whiteish smoke poured out of the exhaust. I got out to smell if it was burning oil but it smelled fairly normal… like gas. The smoke lasted only for a few seconds then stopped. The next mornin I started it and I heard a bang and smoke came from under the hood. Opened the hood to find the back left plug popped outa its place. Looked at the threads on the plug and felt where it came from and it all seemed ok.
Got a new plug and replaced it. Still misses and every now and then pours out lots of smoke. Drove it to work for a week and when I had time I looked at each plug. All looked fine but that back left one looked like it was still new… no sign of combustion. I checked the spark and it was getting juice so I know its not the plug or wire. I was wondering if it was a bad fuel injector just pumpin tons of fuel in that cyl. Im not the greatest mechanic, so I would really appreciate any advice or guidance. Sorry for the freakin essay. Thanks fellas.
