94 4runner front right door removal

So Im swapping doors on my 4runner got the the passenger front door and the wiring plugs for the power window and doors are behind the blower motor? Which I'm finding is a pain to remove?

Am I missing something simple or does that need to be removed?

Just take the harness off of the door itself and leave it with the vehicle unless you're switching to manual locks and windows.

thats what I ended up doing..the plug for the power doors if different from 91-94 so I will have to do some butt connecting..

door is on though
