94 check eng light bulb removal?

Hi guys it says it all above. how do i remove the bulb on my 94'22re manual?I don't get emmisioned here after 15 years ,but they will fail on a showing light. I've had my emergency brake lever out before can I just drop this again and untwist the light?Thanks.jim

If you can take out your brake light you can do the CEL. It's not too hard once you have access to the back of the instrument panel.

Your e-brake lever has nothing to do with the CEL.
To remove the CEL bulb you'll have to remove the instrument cluster.

Why not just fix what's causing the CEL?
