94runner failed emissions test

Ok jut tried to get e test and failed. I don't have numbers with me righty now but was told it had a miss. I haven't had it long and didn't know it still had miss
I have changed plugs and wires going to do cap and rotor. Any other pointers

Check for engine codes. Could be lots of things. I'd start by finding the cause of the miss. Some come to mind like proper timing, O2 sensor, vacuum leaks, EGR system, bad cat, on and on. If its throwing a code, it will at least point you in the right direction.

The code is 26 new wires plug cap rotor and should have o2 sensor today
