95 4runner squeaking....

every time i hit a bump or go up or down my drive way there is a squeaking coming from my front shocks or something around there? can someone tell me how to fix it?

Gotta know what it is, first. Could be shocks, but it's more likely your ball joints. Tie rod ends could squeak, I suppose, or your torsion bar, or the control arm bushings....

Crawl underneath and get your buddy to jump up and down on the bumper. Find the squeak, and then fixing it should be obvious.

grab a can of wd40 and spray one bushing,..then go up your driveway...if it still squeeks, spray another one,...repeat untill you spray one and it stops squeeking...then replace that bushing you just sprayed

yeh, its really hard to tell. it can be balljoints, or TRE's.

if there are any grease zerks, hit them first. the joints are just dry, and sometimes greasing them gives you a bit more life.

obviously if there is any play in the joint, regrdless of dry or greased it should be replaced.
