95 rear window not working, motor can be heard working

DLPDLP PM'ed me the solution to this issue. I edited it a bit for ease of reading, here it is:
***The following is to get the glass window in place before removal****
1) SO to get started, drop the tailgate, then use a screwdriver to flip the safety catches so the truck thinks the tailgate is up.
2) Then you can push the up button and the window will slide up and out of the tailgate even though it is actually sliding horizontal to the ground. (The tailgate is down... but the truck thinks it is shut since you flip the little safety catches on both ides.) Turn the key until the glass is about half way out of the tailgate, when you can see the roller arms beneath the glass that push it up/down.
******Glass removal/install instructions******
1) remove the little rollers in the tracks. Some are plastic and pop off (like mine) some are metal and bolt on.
2) You then pull the entire piece of glass out with the metal tracks attached. You might have to remove the plastic trim around the top of the door to get tracks in and out easier.
3) You then remove rubber and tracks by knocking them off with a plastic or wooden mallet and chisel. (be careful) Toyota said they then coat the new rubber with hairspray as this makes the rubber slick and allows glass to reseat in the new rubber and back into tracks and that when the hairspray dries it sort of "bonds".
4) Then you just slide the glass with new rubber and tracks back to the location where you removed the little rollers and re-attach rollers and you are done. On my 95 runner there is only one place where you can get to the rollers..... it was with the glass about 1/2 way out.
5) Once you are done re-installing the rollers, you have to move the little lever mechanism so that it un-trips the safety catches.... otherwise you cannot close the tailgate.
Toyota said my problem was as much the motor as the tracks. SO it is all back together with new tracks and new rubber but it still does not close well. SO you might see if you can check the motor before replacing tracks.
UPDATE: I followed these instructions, and fully repaired my rear window in about an hour. One note: The replacement metal channel needed to be widened a small amount to allow the rubber to fit in while sliding over the glass. Otherwise, it was impossible to fit the glass back in. I used the claw end of a hammer and pried back and forth the length of the channel. FINALLY, my rear window works!

Keep in mind the motors have a rubber preform packing on the gear which can dry out and seperate from the actual drive motor to gear thus making operation weak. Rockauto has replacement motors for around 20 bucks. When ever you have weak operation where you have to help it I would go for the motor first.
