The Goodyear RT/S are crappy on packed snow. I have been trying to go up the mountains with them but no luck, they're good on dry and wet roads. I am going with MT/Rs cause I like the outdoors and I do go offroad quite a bit. I know it will not be good for the wet weather we have here in WA but I'm hoping it will be a good tire. I'm an avid offroader but with the 4Runner so pretty, I will limit myself to mild trails.
Cornfed suspensions are great also.
There are a lot of writeups on Cornfed on this board or maybe yotatech.com
also go to TTORA.com, that's a Toyota Tacoma board. There's a lot of writeups about spacers and options there also.
What year is your 4Runner?

They're a good brand too, 3" total lift.
Also there is the Racerunner SAW 0-3" adjustable lift, ($600-700)
