I just ordered a set of lowers from Bruce Lee out in Utah. $400 shipped for both sides, all you have to do is supply the hog ring pliers. Took me about 30-45 min to do each side, including pulling the front seat.

The ones from Bruce (ebay link) I can vouch for. He takes his sweet time but the end product is gorgeous. However he only does lowers, so if you need the whole set, check the second link.
