97 Limited 4 sale...opinions?

There's a 1997 4Runner limited for sale a couple miles from me. Has factory rear lockers, 4wd, air pump shocks in rear for towing, leather with 120k miles on it. He's asking $7500 for it but I'm sure I can get him to $7k or even lower probably.

What are eveyones thoughts on this? Good deal for the mileage etc? I think it's damn good but would like to hear opinions from the rest. Thanks.

What kind of shape is it in? Any pictures?

Good shape didn't see any dents. Color is white with grey flares. Tires still looked good for another 6 months or so. Cd player is the only thing that doesn't work in it. Real clean inside no stains either. Wood grain looked fine too. He just needs a truck and owes $3k on it.

I got my 98 SR5 here in Bama for $5700. It had 128,000 on it and is in great shape! Beat him down a little.
