98 4 runner rear hatch window motor

My back hatch window will slowly make its way back up after I put it down. Anyone else had this problem ? Is it easy to take back interior out to get to motor ?

The hatch plastic is easy to take off, first take the little plastic cover that the strap hangs above off and unbolt the strap, then gently pop all the clips out around the whole perimeter of the hatch cover, then slide it upwards and it will come out.
