98 analog trip odometer broken

Hello. I was wondering if there has been any type of repairs available to fix the trip odometer on my 98 4runner with an analog dial. I was looking for some how-to's and whatnot and have come up empty. Mine is stuck at zero, and sometimes it will move a mile or two. The vehicles odometer still works correctly, it is just the trip part. I hate having something not working, even if it is something mostly insignificant.

Look in my 97 Limited Puppy Hauler Thread. I repaired mine.

It's removable, so if you find another speedo you can remove the trip odometer and put it in yours.
