98 sr5 won't start..

Earlier today I started the car to see if it would start, seeing as how it was supposed to be -20 degrees out.. It started & let it run for a few seconds, then shut it off. This was around 1pm.

I come back out to start/warm it up at 5 ish, & the car doesn't start at all. It turns over, keeps turning over, sounds like it wants to start, then battery drains out. Then I jump it with a spare battery with no luck, then charge the battery with fast charge for a good hour or two.

Come back to start it, & same thing. Turns over, then stops & hear the starter spinning. Well atleast that's what it sounds like.. So I add oil, and gas, cause oil was a bit low, & gas was at the one line mark, & tried starting it. Same thing, but now it sounds like it wants to start more.

Any suggestions? I shouldve drove the car & or atleast let the car run for a good 15-20 mins when it 1st started. Stupid me! I think I'm going to add that red bottle of "Heet" after I get it running.
