99-02 Diagnose Port ground screw

What else is grounded to the diagnose port ground on the intake? I was changing my spark plugs last nigth and I was in a hurry to finish so i grabbed my trustly ol impact wrench and broke the bolt off in the intake. I can get the bolt out later tonight but right now the 2 ground wires are dangling.

There is another set of wires that runs under the intake with a ring terminal that combines with the diagnose port ground ring terminal - they all get bolted to the intake similar to B in this:

Is there any harm in not connecting this for the time being?

All kinds of things use that ground. Leaving it loose frequently causes a no-start condition.

i had a build up welded on the broken screw and got it out with vice gribs. with the grounds reconnected it definitely idles higher. I was idling at ~500 before and now sitting just under ~1k.
