'99 confusion - Need Help with 3 Things

First question.

Are my tie rods supposed to be on the wrong side? Lol
They have been like this for over 5 years (bought it 5 years ago) and I just noticed the L and R stamps were on the wrong sides.
Tires wear evenly and no shaking. I assume they should be switched, but does it really matter at this point?

Question 2

How do my LBJ's look? I assume they should be replaced in the near future.







Question 3

Anyone know what this bolt goes to??
Found it on the floor after an oil change.
It was directly under the oil pan. Couldn't find where it came from..





Let me know if I'm calling something the wrong name or anything.

Question one: Change the LBJs. Especially if you have near 200K

Question two: If it ain't broke don't fix it

Question three: Kinda looks like one of the bolts that hold the camshaft cover.

Question 3: I just replaced my headlamps yesterday and that bolt looks like the lowest one that secures the headlamp in place (you have to take off the grille and bend back the painted piece of metal just below the headlight to get to it). This is much less likely than the above recommendation, but thought I'd chime in!

I'm sure the LBJ's need to be replaced as I doubt they ever have and I'm at 270k.

I'm hoping it is part of the headlight.. the past month I've been having to knock the retaining clip back in at the top right corner of the passenger headlight as it keeps coming out. This could be why, although it looks a little too heavy duty to be a bolt for the headlight..

I'll check tomorrow morning to see if it is either.

Question 3 solved!

I checked the camshaft cover and sure enough, there was a missing bolt. It was hard to find. The top three were in place and I found an empty hole at the lower right side.

I unscrewed one of the bolts to verify it was the same and it was.

Not sure how or why it came out...
