I researched for hours trying to find the exact size bulb and how many of each bulb to change my ugly green lights to bright white LED. After buying what I needed, I was disappointed by the outcome. I just bought new bulbs and am going for round 2.
To help you get what you needed I will list my list of suggested parts. (This list is for a 1999)
Dash:
3 #24 (or T6.5) bulbs. I highly suggest finding the ones with multiple sources of light, or else you will have hotspots. I found mine at autolumination.com
74 24 LED Instrument Cluster Panel and Gauge Bulbs | Car Dashboard Lights) do a 'ctrl f' search for '24' and find one with multiple sources of light.
A/C Controls:
2 #74 bulbs. For this I also highly suggest finding ones with multiple sources of light due to hotspots. They can be found on the same page as the 24's.

For the other locations of light, I just used the normal, one source bulb. The list are as follows:
ECT/RR Window (x2, Neo Wedge A) (The ECT has a slight hot spot, but I was unable to find a multi light source bulb like this one)
Shifter (x1, #74)
Ash Tray (x1, #74)
Key Ring (x1, #74)
Power Outlet Ring (x1, #74)
Glove Box (x1, #74)
I used this link as a guideline for my original purchases, I just wanted to put out there that the dash lights and A/C control lights need to have multiple sources of light, or you will have hotspots.
