'99 Highlander Rear Springs???

I bought a set of '99 Highlander rear springs for my 2000. They were advertised as such and I was told these spring would raise my 4runner 1" in the rear. As everyone has seen the lift thread a million times I expecting to see the springs color code to be both yellow/red.
What I received was Blue/Yellow. This seems to be the same color code I have in my truck already.

So my question is, are these '99 tall coils? Does anyone know how long they should be? I don't want to pull mine out just to find out they are the same.

'99 talls are yellow/red. I do believe you were sold the wrong springs. (Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.) Any recourse with the seller?
