Should be plug and play on 99+ bumpers. Wires should be there. You will need to source a new switch/fog stalk for your steering wheel though

Youll also need the brackets which Ive been searching for, for some time. Fabricating up something is tough because there isnt much to bolt to down there that isnt plastic

As stated above this will work and is pre wired. Did it on my 99. You will also need to go buy the relay for the fuse box as well. I think i got one at auto zone for $4.
