99 limited: recommendations

Just bought my wife a 99 4runner. It has 94,000 miles and I don't have just a ton of history on the vehicle. I am looking to do a bunch of the typical maintenance work over the holiday weekend. I have a few questions on a few installs since I don't have much experience with Toyotas.

1. Cabin Filter: Where is this located?

2. Transmission Filter: Is the trans a closed case or can this be changed in the driveway?

No cabin filter and I don't think the tranny has a serviceable filter or at least I've never worried about it.
